2 Scrumptious Holiday Cookie Recipes That Won T Break The Bank

1 box Great Value Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Mix ½ cup, Great Value Peppermint Mints, crushed 1 tsp Great Value Vanilla Extract ⅛ tsp peppermint extract  2 Large Great Value Eggs ½ cup Great Value Vegetable Oil

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine eggs with vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract in a medium bowl. Slowly add the Great Value Chocolate Crinkle Cookie mix into the wet ingredients, and then use a spatula to fold in the crushed peppermints. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and form into a ball, then roll the dough balls in the enclosed packet of powdered sugar topping.  Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, at least two inches apart, and slightly press down on the cookies to  flatten them. Bake for 10–12 minutes. DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cake mix, vanilla extract, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 1 tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough and roll in the festive sprinkles. Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spacing cookies at least two inches apart. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until bottoms are slightly golden. Cool and enjoy.
